Discounts: Swain's offers Everyday Low Pricing to all of our customers on specific products within the store. You can purchase all Artists' Paints for 20% off the manufacturers’ suggested retail price everyday at Swain's. We also offer discounts on such popular items as Airbrushes and Compressors, Easels, Mat Cutters and Drafting Furniture. These are just a few of the items that you can save money on everyday at Swain's.

College Discounts: At the beginning of each semester Swain's offers special discount coupons to specific local colleges and universities. Please contact us to check if your school is eligible for one of these special coupons. Please remember, Swain’s Storewide Sales often fall close to the opening week of many schools.

Gift Certificates: Swain’s Gift Certificates are available in any denomination over $10.00.

Special Orders: If we do not stock an item, we will be happy to special order it for you. We will quote you the cost of the item, any shipping charges that may apply and the estimated time it will take for the merchandise to arrive at Swain's. If you choose to place the order, we will require you to prepay in person for that item. Special order items are not returnable and are non-refundable.

Paper & Board Cutting: Swain’s does not provide a paper or board cutting service. However, we do provide for our customers' use, at no charge, a cutter suitable for board or paper. All merchandise you wish to cut must be purchased at Swain’s before using the cutter.

Return Policy: Cash register and credit card receipts are required for all exchanges or refunds. Merchandise must be returned in new condition within 60 days of date of purchase in it's original packaging, unopened and unused. The following products are non-returnable: Markers, Projectors, Easels, Books, Magazines, Pantone Guides / Specifiers, and all discontinued, closeout or special order items.
