What does a Swain's Sales Associate Do?

A little bit of everything! Being a Swain's Sales Associate is learning to perform a variety of store duties. Learning about our products, answering questions from customers, answering the telephones, running a register, checking in and pricing merchandise, building creative in-store displays and training new and part time associates are all some of the duties that make a sales associate's day a busy one. Setting a positive example for other staff members is very important. Staff hours vary from the opening crew to the closing crew, and you can bet that weekends will likely be part of your schedule.
